Hi, I’m Lushé, a passionate advocate for mental well-being and a dedicated Wellness Counsellor registered with the ASCHP.

 

My journey in psychology began with an undergraduate degree from Stellenbosch University, followed by a postgraduate qualification from UNISA, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to support individuals on their path to healing and growth.

 

At Lush Wellness Counselling, I provide a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges, build resilience, and cultivate emotional well-being.
